By accessing this website or submitting a bid through our Reverse Request for Proposal (“Reverse RFP”) process, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit a bid.
Radical Simplicity AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides AI-powered business operating systems and related services. We license exclusive AI operating rights within defined geographic territories and industry verticals through a Reverse RFP process.
(a) Our Reverse RFP is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. Submission of a bid does not create a binding contract.
(b) We reserve the sole and absolute right to accept, reject, or negotiate any bid for any reason, without obligation to disclose our reasoning.
(c) Territory exclusivity is not granted until a formal Territory Licence Agreement is executed by both parties.
(d) Bid amounts, business information, and any materials submitted become our property for evaluation purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
(e) This process is not an auction. No sale is final upon bid submission. New Brunswick auction and consumer protection regulations (Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act, S.N.B. 1978, c. C-18.1) do not apply to this process.
Until a Territory Licence Agreement is signed, we make no representations or warranties regarding territory availability, exclusivity, or lock-out of competitors. Advertised territory boundaries are subject to change at our discretion.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, AI-generated analysis, data presentations, software, and branding — is owned by Radical Simplicity AI and protected under the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
(a) We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, S.C. 2000, c. 5) and applicable New Brunswick privacy legislation.
(b) Information submitted through bid forms — including name, business details, contact information, and bid amounts — is collected for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for territory licensing.
(c) We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
(d) You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
All electronic communications comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23). By submitting a bid or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your bid and our services. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radical Simplicity AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or participation in the Reverse RFP process.
This site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radical Simplicity AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this site, your bid submission, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of New Brunswick, sitting in the City of Fredericton.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the New Brunswick Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act or other mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
